The R&D Department is responsible for the development and manufacturing of MPCVD systems, as well as their installation and commissioning.
Department members hold bachelor's degrees from well-known universities in China and abroad.
Led by Chairman Xing Yaping, the department tackles core modules for domestically built systems — from the microwave power source to chamber architecture — turning equipment capability into reproducible growth conditions.
