ENTASK's diamond rough is led by standard rectangular forms (90%), spanning 20×15×9.5 / 21×17×9.7 / 24×18×10mm; custom overseas orders reach 30×30×15 / 35×35×12mm — the world's largest at equal quality, yielding 10-25 ct polished stones.

Single-crystal CVD diamond reaches 1800-2500 W/m·K (near the theoretical limit), while polycrystalline falls to 500-1800 W/m·K due to grain-boundary scattering. With no grain boundaries and a long phonon mean free path, single-crystal is the top choice for extreme thermal needs like 5G/6G GaN amplifiers and high-power data-center chips. ENTASK makes single-crystal only.

HPHT often carries residual metal catalyst, giving weak magnetism and lower clarity; MPCVD grows in a clean plasma environment with no metallic inclusions, making high clarity (VVS/VS) and large carat weights easier to achieve. The industry consensus is that CVD holds a technical edge for gem-grade clarity and large sizes. ENTASK focuses on the MPCVD route.

ENTASK's Gen-4/4.5/5 MPCVD systems use the in-house E-MG010K microwave source with MTBF over 10,000 hours, over 1,500 hours of full-load trouble-free operation, ±0.005 kPa chamber pressure stability, ≥99% single-run yield, 200-300 ct per system per month, and a record 856 ct per run.
